Judge Moxila A. Upadhyaya Warns Donald Trump Not to Commit Crimes

He's the Whitey Bulger of white-collar crime.

It's arraigning men. Hallelujah, it's arraigning men.

Forgive me my giddiness, but, if I weren't giddy, I'd be outraged. We're back to the empty podium days again, only, this time, it's an airplane. We had Kelly O'Donnell tweeting about the former president's airplane, and the usual Al Cowlings pursuit of the defendant's automobile. And Andrea Mitchell just said the former president is "playing this brilliantly in the political arena." I intend to finish my time machine, go back to 2016, and hurl myself into Niagara Falls.

Me? I preferred to monitor how the defendant and his people are continuing to obstruct justice.

It sounds like a chapter you’d read out of an old history book on the Soviet Union or Maoist China…

Attacking the prosecutor's wife on the day you're arraigned. Genius! Must be what Andrea Mitchell was talking about.

Now, we have another prism through which to look at the Trump campaign. It's an in-the-light-of-day ongoing conspiracy to obstruct justice, as well as being a de facto getaway car. He's fund-raising off his indictments and, unless someone drops a gag order on him, he's going to whip up the cult three times a month until hell won't have it. And that's what Magistrate Judge Moxila A. Upadhyaya was getting at toward the end of the arraignment proceedings.

He nodded. He couldn't even say he would. Coward that he is, and was, and ever will be. I will not waste history on this guy. He's the Whitey Bulger of white-collar crime.
